Macaroni & Cheese

- 3 Tbsp butter or oleo
- 2-1/2 Cups uncooked macaroni
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups grated sharp cheese
- 1 qt milk
Preheat oven to 325°.
Melt butter or oleo in 2-1/2 quart baking dish.
Pour in uncooked macaroni and stir well until coated.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and grated cheese.
Add milk--macaroni must be covered with milk.
Bake, uncoverdd, in slow oven (325°) for 1 hour.
